PDMPublisher for SOLIDWORKS runs as the free Community Edition with no key. A Premium licence removes the format, reference and row limits. The PDM Professional task is a separate product, licensed per vault.
Prices are in US dollars, per seat. Pay yearly, prepay two or three years, or buy a perpetual seat with maintenance.

Open PDMPublisher > License Key inside SOLIDWORKS, paste the key you received at checkout and select Activate. The edition switches immediately; no reinstall, no restart of your profiles.
Yes. Deactivate it from the License Key page on the old machine first, then activate the same key on the new one.
The add-in keeps working as the Community Edition. Limits apply per operation, for example 5 references per publishing run, and they never expire.
No. PDMPublisher for PDM Professional is a separate product licensed per vault with unlimited users: US$1,499 per vault per year, or US$2,998 perpetual with the first year of maintenance included. Pick the number of vaults before checkout. It starts with a free 7-day trial.
No. The add-in runs on any SOLIDWORKS seat. When a local vault view is available it can also use PDM variables, serial numbers and automatic check-in.
Per seat. One seat is US$399 a year, two to four seats are US$349 each and five or more are US$299 each. Prepay two years to save 10% or three years to save 15%, or buy a perpetual seat (US$799, US$699 or US$599 by tier) that includes the first year of maintenance. Every seat gets the same Premium features.
