Work with latest version setting

Forces PDM to retrieve the latest version of files before publishing.

If Get latest revision only is enabled, PDMPublisher uses the version associated with the newest recorded revision instead. Get latest revision only takes precedence over this setting.

Warning

Use this carefully in release workflows. If the workflow expects the checked-in reference set, latest-version publishing can change what is exported.
